- some good photos of the work in question
- if the work has any identifying mark (look on the bottom if not sure) as good a clear photo as you can give
- an overview of the condition of the work. Has it been used? Are there any visible cracks or dents? Has it had any repairs?
- any history you have of where it was bought and by whom
- any further information you have on the work if you know it
